Ticket Sales are on for the Biggest Gulf Race Series. The Bahrain Formula 1 Racing will kick start in 12th March, 2010 and will continue up to 14th March, 2010. This racing opener season has poured interests from all directions as it begins the proceedings for 2010 amongst the Formula 1 racing showdowns. The Bahrain Racing circuit has been into existence since 2004 and was a dream project with a $150 million cost of circuit construction. The Bahrain International Circuit is 5.412 km in length and has 15 turns. This has been the first Formula 1 racing center in the Middle East. The last season saw Jenson Button as the Formula 1 Champion and it is to be seen how he fares this time around? Michael Schumacher has been the first Champion in this circuit in 2004 followed by Fernando Alonso twice and then by Felipe Massa in 2007 and 2008.
The Bahrain International Circuit has been testimony to some high profile racing series events and that has added further to the hype and popularity of this mega circuit. It has managed and coped well with the competitions from some of the World’s famous circuits. Now this circuit boasts of hosting FIA Formula 1 World Championships, Australian V8 Supercar Championship Series, Chevrolet Lumina Series, GP2 Asia, GP2 Series and Speedcar Series.
