Chennai Super Kings, the team led by Mahendra Singh Dhoni and coached by Stephen Fleming are the 2010 IPL Champions after beating Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2010 Final in a nail biting victory. The Super Kings defeated the defending champions Deccan Chargers to qualify for the IPL final. The win also assured them a place in the 2010 Champions League Twenty20. They became the champions of IPL 3 beating Mumbai Indians by 22 runs on 26 April 2010.

It was Suresh Raina who smashed an unbeaten 57 ( 3 fours & 3 Sixes) that enabled the Chennai Super Kings to score 168/5 against Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2010 final at the D.Y. Patil Stadium at Navi Mumbai today. Along side Raina, Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s (22 off 15 balls) also added pace to the CSK Innings.
The Chennai Super Kings won the 2010 Season in a thrilling final against favorites Mumbai Indians.
