Watch France vs Ireland World Cup 2010 Qualifying Live on pc. Here comes another important playoff in the 2010 World Cup qualifying round which will be held between Ireland and France. These two national teams are going to compete in a worth-seeing match that will be held at a stadium known as the Croke Park.

Kevin Kilbane insists that the Republic of Ireland, under the lead of Giovanni Trapattoni, is not afraid of no one in the playoffs and hence is waiting for the draw on the coming Monday. There are several possible opponents for this team during the two legs which are about to come on November 14 as well as November 18. It may be France, Greece, Russia, or Portugal that they may face.

There are now the so-called seedings which will be applied at the time FIFA is going to make the draw in Zurich headquarters. This is a system which has just been recently announced.

Alongside the Ireland Republic, Ukraine, Slovenia and Bosnia-Herzegovina are in second pot of the draw.

France has just easily beaten Austria by 3-1 for a playoff warm-up but they cannot underestimate Ireland for sure.

Moreover, France midfielder, Franck Ribery, will not be able to play for the team due to the knee injury he is suffering from. He won’t also be able for the other five games including the Champions League.

Professor Jean-Henri Jaeger has confirmed that Ribery possesses tendinitis of the patellar tendon which is in his left knee and he will need to take a rest for about four weeks.
