Mark Webber Shows His Worth to Red Bull with a Win at Brazilian Grand Prix. Australian Mark Webber came on top in the penultimate race in Brazil and proved why he is amongst the best in the Formula One today.
Even though his victory in Brazil was not enough to stop Jenson Button from winning the Drivers Championship or Brawn GP from winning the Constructors Championship, but it made him a multiple winner (other one being in Germany) and got him closer to his teammate Sebastian Vettel in terms of race wins.
His win even ensured that Red Bull will be finishing second in the Constructor Championship behind Brawn, irrespective of the events in the last race of the season.
If the luck of the draw goes with Mark Webber in the last race of the season on November 1 in Abu Dhabi, he will be able to equal the three victories mark of his teammate Vettel.
Even though Vettel leads Webber considerably in the Championship Standing, both of them have 7 podium finishes thus far and the Australian has finished ahead of the German in 9 of the sixteen races thus far.
