Cameroon has recently beat up Togo 3-0 successfully in the previous month to make sure that they acquire the ticket needed to face Morocco on the coming November 14th, which is going to be the final qualifier for the 2010 World Cup.

However, Sebastien Bassong, Cameroon’s defender has been injured and it is doubted if he will be able to play in the match. Paul le Guen, the French coach, has made up his mind to put one of the defense squad that Tottenham Hotspur has in possession to his team.

Benoit Assou-Ekotto is a left back in Tottenham Hotspur that is called as a replacement for Bassong who suffered from a hamstring injury while Tottenham Hotspur was dueling with The Gunners, Arsenal.

Morocco, on the other side, was convinced and confident that there is a good chance they will reach the 2010 World Cup although they are in the same group with other toughest teams in the final qualification round in Africa.

Nevertheless, Royal Morocco Football Federation’s vice-president Mohamed Aouzal convinced to the media that they have the equal chance to qualify for this World Cup which will be the first since 1998 if they ever make it. He also said that serious work is required so as not to miss the chance of qualifying for the World Cup competition.
