PCB shuts door on Pakistanis in IPL 3

PCB revokes IPL NOCs of Pakistan players

PCb will not allow Pakistani players to take part in IPL 2010. Who say sports is not affected by politics? It has certainly been affected by the power dynamics between the Indian and Pakistani politicians. Thanks to the boycott of Pakistani players in the IPL auctions held in 2010 the Pakistani Cricket Board has become extremely agitated and taken an offense to it. This year when the IPL team owners came to bid for the IPL players but they selectively shunned the Pakistani cricket players. Right now the Pakistani team is the world T20 champions and they certainly deserve more respect that.

The PCB has taken the decision to revoke all the no objection certificates that had been issued to the Pakistani players. As of now, it seems that none of the Pakistani pros will be participating in the Indian Premier League this year. All of this Political muscle flexing has led to the loss of the cricketing audience who wanted to see their favorite players fight it out on the field. The amount of bureaucracy involved in cricket is amazing and it seems that it would be great of people just forgot about their differences and let the players do their job
