Watch South Africa Vs England 1st ODI 20 Nov Live Score, Highlights 2009 here. Both South Africa and the England teams shared one each of the T20 games. They were high scoring games in the short version. But that is a closed chapter now.

The teams will now meet in the first of the five ODI match series on Friday, November 20, 2009. The Wanderers will be the venue of this match. Team South Africa are looking to go for a kill and they have a great winning record at The Wanderers; of the 25 matches played South Africa won in 18 matches and lost just 6. However, their previous match here had ended in a loss against Australia when they played during last April.

South Africa also suffered a shocking defeat in the hands of England when they lost a Champions Trophy match by 22 runs at the Centurion. However, the last ODI series was more or less a clean sweep by the Proteas winning it by 4-0.

The Wanderers had been a venue for as many as 7 Champions Trophy matches and as regards the Proteas the team is looking to go and rout the English. England dressing room doesn’t look healthy though and the team is plagued by injuries; all its key players including Alistair Cook, Anderson, Paul Collingwood, Stuart Broad and Swann popping one or other pill. However, England will look up to their new star batsman Eoin Morgan as well as their old warhorse Kevin Pieterson who joined the team, but will the team be able to stop the run rain by the South African batsmen? All said, weather might play a role in the series. Live South Africa Vs England 1st ODI – Cricket Score Highlights will be placed below
