UFC 101 UK Tv – How to Watch UFC UK Tv
UFC 101 in UK -- Where to watch in the UK -- UFC 101 ESPN

How to watch UFC 101 in UK? The Ultimate Fighting Championship will make its debut with the much awaited UFC 101 on August 08, 2009 at Philadelphia. However, to watch it live in the UK, Entertainment Sports Programming Network (ESPN) is launching a bonus channel (and that’s a WOW) for all its subscribers in UK on both its ESPN Sky as well as Virgin platforms August 03, 2009.
Finally, the deal between UFC and the ESPN some news to cheer about for the viewers in UK and Ireland after UFC lost its UK broadcast company Setanta Sports. In UK as well as in the Ireland, ESPN will now broadcast majority of international and domestic sports in both high definition and standard live in the living rooms of the people.
Erstwhile subscribers can upgrade to the ESPN:
1. UFC 101 ESPN: online mode at www.sky.com/espn
2. By contacting the cable operators or satellite providers
3. Through TV remote control by pressing the Interactive button then link it via Sky Active.
After upgrading the subscribers however will need to keep the channel for a minimum of 1 month in the underlying contract.
In UK, the first month of viewing is free implying that viewers with Virgin or Sky platform will be able to watch both the UFC 101 and UFC 102 for no cost at all. Eventually, Sky sports viewers will need to subscribe to ESPN for an amount of £9 per month and viewers who do not have Sky Sports will need to subscribe it for £11.
One can subscribe to ESPN without sky sports but then that will cost you an extra £2 per month.

I wrote to the UFC when they signed to Setanta, warning them that they would be marginalising their burgeoning UK viewing public by throwing their lot in with a bunch of Irish conmen. The resulting fallout makes the whole organisation look bad in the UK in a fundamental way. I’ve read and re-read the article above and still don’t really know where to watch the show and how much it will cost!
Fuck that. I’ve lost my boxing to the bloated charlatans and now the UFC has gone the same way, only much sooner. Well done. See you around, maybe.
