Manchester United v Sunderland – Match Preview – English Premier League – Saturday, October 3, 2009. Manchester United is having a superb soccer season, as they have acquired the top position in the Premier League table with 18 points from the 7 matches they played.

So far Man Utd has lost only one match and has won six of them. They had a spectacular win in their last match against the Stoke City with a lead of 2-0. They will face Sunderland on October 03, 2009 at the Old Trafford and the team is in no mood to give up their class performance and might easily grab another easy victory, if I am not sounding rude to Sunderland.

Sunderland on the other hand has twelve points out of the seven matches and their last match against Wolverhampton Wanderers saw them clinch an emphatic win with a score of 5-2.

This win would have pumped up their adrenalin and they would apply all game strategies to beat the stronger team like Man Utd.

But so said Manchester United would not do anything silly that will cost their top position and will come very strong against the Sunderland and are more likely to win the match on Saturday.
