2010 WWE Hall of Fame Nominees Confirmed
1. Ted DiBiase
It was just announced on Monday Night RAW (Feb 8 2010) that “Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase will be the first inductee into the 2010 WWE Hall of Fame the night before WrestleMania 26.
2. Antonio Inoki
Antonio Inoki, a Japanese professional wrestler and an mma fighter, is the latest superstar to be inducted in the WWE Hall of Class of 2010. WWE confirmed Antonio Inoki as the 2nd member of the 2010 Hall of Fame class last night on RAW.
3. Wendi Richter
Wendi Richter is a former professional wrestler who has been a Two-time WWF Women’s Champion, one-time AWA Women’s Champion and two-time NWA Women’s World Tag Team Champion.
4. Vachon, Maurice
Maurice Vachonis a retired professional wrestler, best known by his ring name “Mad Dog” Vachon. He has been a Five-time AWA World Heavyweight Champion.
5. Bob Uecker
Uecker would be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2010 as a celebrity inductee. In 1987, Uecker appeared as a ringside announcer at WrestleMania III in Pontiac, Michigan, followed by a return in 1988 at WrestleMania IV as both a ringside announcer and backstage interviewer.
In the fall of 2006, WWE contacted Uecker to appear at WrestleMania 23 on April 1, 2007 in Detroit, Michigan.
6. Stu Hart
As announced by the special guest host (Stone Cold Steve Austin) for this week’s RAW, Stu Hart, father of Bret Hitman Hart will be added to the 2010 class of the WWE Hall Of Fame.
The buzz of expectation and predictions surrounding the WWE Hall of Fame 2010
There have been views, expectations and rumors surrounding the 2010 Hall of Fame. This event is scheduled now at the Dodge Theater which seems to be a perfect venue for this event. Rumors had been ripe about The Rock being inducted this year. But again the nomination or the induction policy of the Hall of Fame has created a lot of controversy in the past.
There are many possibilities but the most likely inductees would be Randy Savage, Road Warriors, Ricky Steamboat, Terry Funky, Mick Foley and Ted Dibiase. The suggestion of Rock’s name goes well with the fact that Austin had been inducted in the 2009 Hall of Fame and it might be rock owing to his contribution and fame. However, he is still younger and the other rumors Brian Pillman, Demoltion, Howard Finkel and Shawn Michaels. The other strong suggestions about inductees in 2010 might be ex manager Slick, The Honky Tonk Man and The Ultimate Warrior.

I think you could find more names that are Hall of Fame worthy, but apparently Vince would rather induct mediocre “sports personalities” like Bob Uecker and Pete Rose. Go Figure. I think the USA TV show sucked big time. The Uecker introduction and his acceptance speech was way too long and not that interesting. I’d have rather watched Wendi Richter and Maurice Vachon – they had more impact in the ring and Inoki isn’t that well known outside of Japan.
Hillbilly Jim deserves a nod.

Owen Hart belongs in there. The Rock does too, the Undertaker, and definitely Chris Benoit, but the fucking WWE is trying to wipe him out of history. Bob Uecker? WTF! The Rock isnt in the hall of fame yet, But BOB UECKER, A BASEBALL PLAYER, IS IN THE WWE HALL OF FAME?! WTF IS THIS!

Im sorry but some of these inductees are good but not GREAT. The Rock no matter what his age is, deserves to be inducted this year asap. They inducted Eddie Gererro the same year he passed away, yes he did deserve it but yet they make others wait and wait to be inducted. Shawn Michaels also deserves the nod this year!!! Chynna should have been inducted already as well, there is NO other female wrestler that could compete with Chynna. Lets get it right this year people, THE ROCK in 2010
Hey I love all the people that say that Pete Rose Bob Ueker Willem Perry are all sports players not wrestlers I know. But they all played roles in big PPV Moments. Yes the undertaker does need to be put in but he is still wrestling. Some of the other wrestlers that people have named should be put in like The Rock, Owen Hart, Chris Benoit but I don’t think he will because of the stuff that happend, Davey Boy Smith, Dynomite Kid, Both members of L.O.D., and more. I dont think that the 2011 Hall Of Fame should be derected tords WCW wrestles that have never wrestked in WWE and the fact that they might do that is bumb.

MAGNUM TA should of been in the HALL OF FAME A long time ago if MAGNUM TA didint get in that car accident he would of been at the top of wrestling pepole needs to remember MAGNUM TA as A MEMBER he was one of the best just never talked about very much. An just because THE ULTIMATE WARRIOR turn down the hall of fame award they need to still put his picture in the HALL OF FAME because THE ULTIMATE WARRIOR will allways be the best in my book
