After a convincing 49-run victory over Zimbabwe in the second ODI, Bangladesh will face the hosts at Bulawayo for the third game on August 14, 2009 Friday. And unless and until the Zimbabwe come up with some serious game plan and strategy they cannot stop the winning run of the Bangladeshi team; but to me it does appear so that Bangladesh could end sweeping up another game with ease.

In the second one dayer it was Shakib Al Hasan, who gave the team a great momentum with a big knock. Although they were 108 for 1 by the end of 25 overs, Shakib gave a strong finish. His aggressive ton helped Bangladesh post a mammoth total of 320 for 5.

Even on the field the Bangla tigers had their strategy simple. Bowling tight line so there is no room for runs and then mounting the pressure for the huge target. Coventry had proved some promise and gave some hope by counterattacking and giving some momentum to their chases after fall of early wickets, but then he fell while trying to keep up with the pace and the asking rate.

So, in all likelihood they will go into the third game as favorites; which also mean they will clinch series victory should the hosts not come up with anything solid in terms of their performance.
